Often we hold negative emotional charges against ourselves, other people, a situation, or life itself. These emotional charges are like blocks that do not allow us to express our full potential and creative power. They stop us from changing and evolving. I have been working with the concepts of Radical Forgiveness and Radical Responsibility for a few years now and I have seen miracles happening in people's life.
It is incredible what can happen when you learn to simply let go. Forgiveness is a cure for almost any problem and it is a gift you give to yourself and to others.
During this session, I will guide you in a POWERFUL MEDITATION where we will integrate a forgiveness practice with the Hawaiian healing prayer of Ho'oponopono. Do not miss this one!

However please read this introduction that summarizes what I have been explaining during the live session before we actually did the meditation.
NOTES FROM THE LIVE WORKSHOPS
- Science has been proving that forgiveness can improve your physical and psychological health.
- Here are just some of the benefits that have been researched: improved heart health, weight loss, healing of chronic pain, and a variety of breakthroughs in both personal and professional life.
- The researchers at "40 Years of Zen", a revolutionary company founded by bio-haker Dave Asprey (the creator of the "Bullet Proof" Coffe and diet) have discovered that forgiving can improve your brain health by improving both the amplitude and the coherence of alpha waves.
- The "secret" to making forgiveness really work is to do it from a DEEP STATE OF MIND AND HEART. For this reason, I will guide you through deep relaxation of your body to harmonize the hemispheres of the brain.
- Moreover, in this forgiveness meditation, I have blended together with a series of powerful tools and processes (NLP, Cognitive Understanding, Intuition, Spiritual Guides, Hoponopono, and others) to really make this experience powerful, profound, and effective.
- I have done this meditation with dozens of people and they reported incredible results! (I shared some stories in the live event but unfortunately we do not have a recording. One extra reason not to miss the live events!)
How To Prepare for the Meditation
- Be sure to create the time and place to go through this process (it takes about 1h).
- Place yourself in a quiet place and in a comfortable position.
- Using headphones is recommended (this meditation uses special WAV frequencies to help bring you into Theta)
STEPS OF THE PROCESS
Below I am sharing with you some of the steps of the process so you can be prepared:
1. I will guide you through deep mental and physical relaxation so you will be in a deep state of mind and heart where forgiveness can truly happen.
2. At some point I will ask you to CALL 3 GUIDES or "ANGELS". It doesn't really matter if you believe in these kinds of stuff, this is a process to allow your intuition and your subconscious mind to speak to you. These guides could be anything, trust your intuition, they could be friends, spiritual teachers, ancestors, animals, your inner child, guardian angels, anything! Just let them come to you and let them assist you.
3. I will play the powerful Hawaiian mantra of Ho'oponopono. I invite you to sing along, to speak the world. The physical vibrations of your voice are indeed powerful.
4. In the end I will ask you to make some PRACTICAL RESOLUTION, a "PSYCO-MAGIC ACT" or action to "REBALANCE KARMA". Do something practical or symbolic to actually concretize your thoughts and words and feelings into the material world. During the live Zoom call actually we took some time to share these resolutions with other people. You can feel free to share your experience and resolution in the Telegram Group or with your accountability angels.
5. You can repeat this meditation as many times as you need. Moreover below I will also share some extra resources for you to learn more about forgiveness and integrate it into your daily life.
